How to use your Flair IBIZA
Place the Flair IBIZA in your desired location, fill it with water from a garden hose, plug it in, turn the cooler on and after it has sucked in water itself, it starts cooling. The water is filtered and purified by ozone remediation. The water temperature range is between 3 °C and 42 °C.
How long should you stay in cold water?
Cold water therapy works best with the right combination of time and temperature. For example, if you are in 10°C cold water, we recommend that you do not stay in it for more than 10 minutes.
Examples of temperature-time relationships:
1°C = 1 minute
3°C = 3 minutes
5°C = 5 minutes
10°C = 10 minutes
Remember to turn off the ice bath during use.
ALWAYS consult your doctor before using an ice bath if you have any health problems!
DO NOT USE THE ICE BATH if you: - are pregnant, have heart disease or high blood pressure, have diabetes, have complications such as neuropathy or retinal damage, have a pacemaker, have a history of frostbite, have an open wound, have recently had surgery, have epilepsy, or have any other health problems or risks.
Using an ice bath can dramatically lower your body's core temperature. Immersing yourself in cold water constricts blood vessels and slows blood flow throughout the body, which can cause an increase in your blood pressure and a higher risk of cardiac arrest or stroke, in addition to health complications.
Side effects
The side effects of staying in an ice bath for too long include: - hypothermia, frostbite, tachycardia (rapid heartbeat), arrhythmias (cardiac arrhythmias), allergic and anaphylactic shock.

Despite potential side effects and warnings, using an ice bath correctly actually has many health benefits! We always recommend spending no more than a few minutes in the ice bath at first and then slowly working your way up to the recommended time. Never push your body beyond its limits.

The Flair ice bath has an IPX4 weather resistance rating and is therefore suitable for indoor and outdoor use and can be operated at ambient temperatures of up to 3°C. We recommend that you place the device outdoors in a sheltered location and protect it from frost in winter.

The water can be cooled to 3°C and heated up to 42°C. Our coolers are designed to maintain a constant temperature.

It is not necessary for the chiller to be connected to power at all times. However, it should be connected to a power source for filtration. Always unplug your Flair Ice Bath before using it.

With the help of the 2-phase filtration and the self-cleaning ozone treatment, the water can be used for up to 6-8 weeks if used 4 times a week.

Unplug the cooler. Drain the water and clean the tub with a clean towel and mild soap if necessary. Check the cartridge filter and replace if necessary. Remove any particles from the hair filter and reconnect the hoses. Now you can refill the tub and enjoy your Flair IBIZA.
